Peter Gerharz's Story
As a member and co-owner of Lakeside Jiu Jitsu, I fully support the mission and purpose behind Beat the Streets. Having spent over a decade of my life working with youth their efforts are close to my heart, and I can say from first hand experience how the various elements of grappling arts foster many of the habits necessary for young people to make sense of their lives and futures.
