SAAJCO set out to build a community centered impact litigation program challenging systems of power that harm South Asians in the United States. That vision is now taking shape.
In recent months, we have joined as amicus in a Texas redistricting case, launched Know Your Rights programs, and filed our first lawsuit challenging an unlawful Executive Order targeting H-1B workers.
With the support we have received so far, SAAJCO is now onboarding its first full time Legal Director and Program Manager, expanding our ability to serve and empower communities across the country.
This fall, we aim to raise $250,000 to strengthen our work in legal advocacy and community engagement. Every contribution fuels our growing movement for justice and equity.
Donate today and help shape the next chapter of South Asian legal advocacy.
