April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), a time to raise awareness, support survivors, and strengthen our community’s commitment to prevention.

This year’s theme is “There is Hope. There is Healing.”

Every day, survivors show incredible strength as they move toward safety and healing. At Middle Way House, we see that hope takes shape through advocacy, counseling, support groups, and community connection. The SAAM Walk is a chance for our community to stand together in solidarity with survivors and reaffirm that no one has to face this journey alone.

Registration Options

You can participate in one of two ways:

Option 1: Standard Registration – $20
Register to join the walk and receive a SAAM Walk shirt (if registered before the deadline).

Option 2: Peer-to-Peer Fundraising
Want to take your impact even further? Consider becoming a peer-to-peer fundraiser for the SAAM Walk.

Peer-to-peer fundraising simply means creating your own fundraising page and inviting your friends, family, and coworkers to support your walk. When people give through your page, they are directly supporting Middle Way House programs that provide advocacy, counseling, crisis support, and prevention education for survivors in our community.

You don’t have to be a professional fundraiser to make a difference. Many participants simply share their page on social media, send a few texts, or invite coworkers to contribute.

Every conversation helps raise awareness. Every donation helps sustain vital services.

Together, our community can show survivors that there is hope and there is healing.
