Sabine Valley Baptist Church is a 100 year old small church and does not take tithes during services from parishioners, most of which struggle financially in theses trying times. We accept private donations from cheerful givers who have it in their hearts to do so. We believe God will provide for the needs of our church.

"2 Corinthians 9:7 - "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver" (NIV)

All donated offerings are used for church repairs, to fund ministry work, pay church expenses such as utility bills, expand our ministry and offer services to our members and the community. Donated offerings are not used to pay any member of our congregation, pastor included, because our people are commissioned by God to do the work they do.
