Our objective is simple: To raise enough funds to 1. Eliminate all house and land mortgage for the chapter and 2. Establish a robust capital improvement and maintenance fund. All proceeds (outside of donation fees) go directly to the housing fund (managed by Dave, Leonard, and the chapter). These funds will be co-managed, to ensure the funds are allocated appropriately and responsibly.
