Every spring, Mrs. Johnson looks out her front window and smiles at the small garden she planted decades ago. At 82, she still loves her home in South Euclid—the place where she raised her children, hosted birthday parties, and welcomed neighbors on summer evenings. But as the years have passed, caring for her home has become harder.

Living alone with severe arthritis and asthma, simple tasks like mowing the lawn or shoveling snow are no longer safe for her. She worries about falling, and she knows that hiring help is more than her fixed income can handle. Without support, these challenges might force her to leave the home she loves.
