Sally’s Garden is named in honor of Sally Luke, a beloved Princeton Montessori School faculty member and passionate environmentalist, who passed away in November 2022. We are immensely grateful for Sally’s decades of service to Princeton Montessori School and the countless children who benefited from her joyful and nurturing spirit.

Sally loved wildflowers, particularly those that supported pollinators such as birds, bees, and butterflies. We invite you to join the PMonts community in honoring Sally’s legacy with a gift to the annual fund supporting Sally's Garden. Your donation will support the purchase of a variety of sun and shade plants from local retailers, help offset our landscaping and irrigation needs, and maximize the school’s grounds for student-learning purposes and increase biodiversity—a great demonstration of environmental stewardship.

Our heartfelt thanks to Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve for their generous donation of plants to help establish the garden, and to Princeton Montessori project leads, Lisa Stolzer and Gery Juleff for their time, dedication, and efforts in launching this special project.
