JUST IN TIME FOR YOUR END OF YEAR GIVING!

The VMI Bomb is looking to provide a timeless theme for this year's Bomb publication and the cadets' greatest need is financing the purchase and development of film with some "old school" film photography equipment. The images they produce will be Black and White as well color for the traditional look. The Bomb Staff is facing a difficult time with many challenges and obstacles in funding the purchase of the needed film and processing. They are at risk of not being able to complete the hundreds of hours of work required to to accomplish this theme in time to publish the yearbook if they are not able to gather the funds needed. The Bomb Staff believes in working for and accomplishing this theme and is looking for help to support it's goal. Your donations will directly fund this project for cadets in creating a truly memorable yearbook harkening back to The Bomb's legacy as the first college annual in the nation.

Donations will fund the following supplies and equipment needed that neither VMI nor the Alumni Agencies will support.

125 rolls of film with professional development and digitization
Camera flash and attachments for three cameras

Funds above the project goal will be available for The Bomb staff and other Cadet Foundation Projects directly supporting cadet and alumni designed projects. The Cadet Foundation is a 501c3 and donations are tax deductible.

In addition to projects like this that directly support cadets and alumni, The Cadet Foundation operates and publishes The Cadet newspaper as the independent voice of the Corps of Cadets and Alumni since its creation in 1871, its transition to a newspaper format in 1907, and today. The Cadet Foundation is proudly independent of VMI and the alumni association with cadets and alumni on its Board of Directors. We plan and execute programs BY cadets and alumni, FOR cadets and alumni to preserve and improve the VMI experience for today's cadets and generations to come.
