Story
SC Day of Giving is a 24-hour fundraising event that brings donors, alumni, volunteers, and the Skutt Catholic community together around a common cause, with proceeds benefiting the SkyHawk Fund.
Skutt Catholic established the SkyHawk Fund to provide support for school enhancements and to assist in meeting operating expenses while keeping tuition costs at a minimum. In addition, the SkyHawk Fund contributes to the school's ability to offer financial assistance to families who would not otherwise be able to choose a Skutt Catholic education for their children.
Were you one of the lucky 100 last year who received the SC Day of Giving Socks? This year, the first 100 donors contributing $100 or more will receive a limited edition SkyHawk Spirit Scarf, created especially for the fourth annual SC Day of Giving. You will not want to miss out on your chance at this awesome item.
If we reach $25,000 in donations on the day, an additional $25,000 will be unlocked due to an amazing challenge match from one of our supporters. All gifts, all sizes, all day – will count!
If 100 alumni donate during this event, a $2,500 gift will be unlocked. If we reach 200 alumni gifts, another $2,500 will be unlocked! Accept the challenge and reach out to your classmates and other alumni to hit the 200 mark and UNLOCK this gift!
Last year, the 2000's decade was victorious with the greatest participation. Will they win for the second year in a row? Or will another decade take the throne? This challenge is determined by the percentage of alumni donating from each decade, not the amount given. Every alumni counts, so make sure to invite your classmates to give!

All alumni from the winning decade who give $35 or more will receive a specially designed Skutt Catholic alumni t-shirt to wear with pride! Just remember, EVERYONE WINS when you support Skutt Catholic!
