Healthy Schuylkill Women's Wellness Series

The Women's Wellness Series is a three-part event taking place at different locations across Schuylkill County. Each session of the series will include a 30-minute walk, a 60-minute exercise or nutrition class, and 60-minute cooking or meal prep demonstration. The first event kicks off at Mountainside Community Center, 1152 W Mountain Rd, Sacramento, PA. Things to bring: Water, Yoga Mats (some available), Sneakers, and a smile!
