For nearly 40 years, we have been committed to educating individuals about the valley and its resources, while providing opportunities to experience its beauty firsthand through our recreational events.

Through a variety of educational programs and initiatives, we aim to increase awareness and appreciation of the San Dieguito River Valley's biodiversity, cultural heritage, and environmental significance. From guided hikes to informative workshops, we strive to engage people of all ages and backgrounds in learning about this unique ecosystem.

Additionally, our recreational events offer community members the chance to explore the San Dieguito River Valley in a hands-on way. Whether through nature walks along the Coast to Crest Trail, birdwatching outings, or family-friendly activities, these events allow participants to connect with nature and experience the valley's beauty up close.
