Make the Invisible Seen and Heard
InclusiVibe Foundation was born from lived experience and professional insight. As a violinist and educator navigating brainstem and neuro-complex conditions, Amy Wang-Hiller encountered the realities of practicing, performing, and learning with a body that doesn’t always cooperate—and a healthcare system that doesn’t always listen. Meanwhile, Susan Chalela, MPT had spent years at the intersection of movement science, rehabilitation, and caregiver advocacy, witnessing how clinical systems and arts ecosystems often speak different languages.
We created InclusiVibe to translate across those worlds.
Our work advances equity in music and healthcare through three pillars:
-
Adaptive Artistry: commissioning and presenting works, offering artist stipends, and sharing practical adaptations that make performance and learning accessible.
-
Patient Storytelling: short films, podcasts, and live “ConcertStories” that pair music with real narratives—so data meets dignity, and audiences meet the humans behind the diagnoses.
-
Education & Research: lived-experience–driven programs, toolkits for teachers and clinicians, and collaborations that move knowledge from the clinic to the classroom and the stage.
We are based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and collaborate nationally. Whether you’re a musician seeking adaptive techniques, a clinician curious about inclusive pedagogy, or a donor who believes that art can change care, you’re in the right place. InclusiVibe is building a bridge where artists, patients, and professionals walk together—so no one has to navigate complex systems alone.
Mission
InclusiVibe Foundation advances equity in music and healthcare by supporting adaptive artistry, empowering patient storytelling, and advancing research shaped by lived experience.
