When someone makes the decision to enter residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for mental health or substance use, it is a huge step. However, for caregivers (especially parents) that is often just the beginning of a different kind of challenge. Treatment requires time, energy, and consistency, but every day responsibilities do not go away. How do you keep everything running while trying to heal?

Without support, people are often forced to choose between taking care of themselves and taking care of their families. Too often, that means missed sessions or leaving treatment early, not because someone does not want help, but because life makes it impossible.

See You Through Project, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a focused effort to change that.

The goal is simple: Help caregivers stay in treatment by supporting the everyday things that make it hard to show up.

Whether that means assistance with groceries, transportation, childcare support, household needs, or other stabilizing resources, See You Through Project, Inc., exists to help families hold everything together during one of the most vulnerable periods of recovery.

Choosing recovery is hard. Staying in recovery can be even harder, especially when you are responsible for others. If we can make life just a little more manageable, we can help people keep going. Thank you for being part of that.
