Prior to the war, our Rescue Shelter was nestled into a corner of our camp property on the edge of a pine forrest in Ukraine. Due to its location, our Shelter kids were always a part of camp...each summer, each week...influenced and loved on by each mission team that came to serve.

Now, our Shelter kids are in Croatia...for their 5th summer and we are so grateful that they have not only been invited, but they have been accepted and welcomed into the youth group of the local church in Zagreb. Over the course of the last year, several of our Shelter kids have given their lives to Christ and been baptized. Those decisions have been greatly influenced by relationships built with church members who have walked beside them, studied with them and it all started by those relationships formed at camp. Yes, they went to church prior to camp, but camp is always a place where relationships grow.

Next week, the kids are once again headed off to youth camp and in a few weeks, they are headed to Family Bible Camp with the entire church. Two weeks of learning and growing in their faith!

We are excited that our kids have the opportunity to be involved in camps. We are even more excited for the continued opportunities that they have to hear of God's faithfulness and love.

The cost for the kids to go to both of these camps will be $450 each. Youth Camp costs $200 and Family Bible Camp costs $250. We are hoping to raise $3,600 to cover all of the kids expenses. Would you be willing to invest in our kids this summer?
