Senior Expression & Wellness Week is a community-centered initiative created to honor, uplift, and support seniors through creative expression, wellness activities, movement, storytelling, social connection, and educational presentations focused on healthy living and brain health.

Throughout the week, seniors will participate in guided expressive arts experiences, wellness discussions, gentle movement activities, music, reflection, and community engagement designed to encourage joy, connection, confidence, and overall well-being.

Your support helps provide meals, wellness supplies, facilitators, creative materials, and meaningful experiences for seniors within our community.
