The seniors in our community require ongoing assistance to ensure that hot lunch programs are not impacted by this change. These hot lunch programs include the congregate program, where seniors gather at their local senior center or living facility to socialize while enjoying a meal together. Another essential hot lunch initiative is the Homebound Delivery Meals program, which allows seniors who cannot leave their homes due to health issues, age, or other conditions to receive a hot lunch delivered directly to their residences. These services rely on your support.

Due to SNAP benefits being affected, we aim to open our pantries more often so that seniors affected by the reductions or cuts to their benefits are able to continue to have access to food.
