SEOULFUL PRODUCTIONS - 2026 & 2027 PROGRAMS PREVIEW

Artist Workshop Series: We are excited to offer quarterly pay-what-you-will artist workshops in 2026 and another four workshops in 2027.

Seoulful Productions Podcast: We plan to produce two additional seasons of Seoulful Productions Podcast in 2026 and 2027, containing interviews from artists who are practicing in disciplines we haven’t yet heard from. Our podcast will remain completely free for our listeners and can be found on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, PodBean, or PlayerFM.

Self Tapes and Zoom Auditions for Theater with Narea Kang: By popular demand, we are continuing to offer free individualized virtual private coaching sessions with Narea Kang to select individuals. Whether someone has an upcoming theater, TV, or film self-tape audition or wants career coaching to learn how to level up, these sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs and desires.

Korean Writer’s Lab (KWL): We will offer two more years of KWL in 2026 and 2027. While the program provides a communal and artistic space for Korean diasporic writers, it is broadly open and supportive of all styles, themes, and content. A stipend will be provided to each writer for their participation.

New! Seoulful Productions Micro-Grant: Seoulful Productions Micro-Grant program will support small-scale creative projects in our community. The application for awards will be open to artists in any discipline working on a project that would further Seoulful’s mission to uplift the artistry and storytelling of the Korean Diaspora.

New! Korean Artists Mentorship Program: The new Korean Artists Mentorship Program will serve to support new and emerging Korean diasporic artists. The program pairs artists with established mentors in their fields.

New! Seoulful Productions Book Club: Seoulful Book Club will be a gathering space for reflection, dialogue, and community rooted in the love for Korean stories. Each season will feature a book by a Korean diasporic author, or a work that deeply engages with Korean culture and experiences. This will be an intentional space for participants to slow down, connect, and carry Korean narratives across continents and generations, where Korean stories are not only read, but honored, discussed, and remembered.
