A Partnership Event: Postured In Kindness + The McQueen Foundation "Fight Against Hunger"

Postured In Kindness is proud to partner with The McQueen Foundation's "Fight Against Hunger" to serve their 11th Annual Black-Tie Thanksgiving Dinner for our homeless neighbors in Dallas. Two organizations, one table, one mission: dignity for every guest.

Saturday, November 21, 2026 · Dinner at 10:30 AM
The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center, 1818 Corsicana St, Dallas, TX 75201

How the partnership works: The McQueen Foundation hosts and runs the dinner. Postured In Kindness brings a volunteer team, food, and supplies to serve alongside them. Gifts to this page go to Postured In Kindness (not to the host) and are used for PIK's part of the dinner. Anything beyond what the event needs supports our food insecurity work and future events in McKinney and Collin County.

What PIK is bringing

Green beans, ham, dinner rolls, and pies
A cooler of drinks
Clothing
Serving items, containers, tablecloths, and our official PIK setup

As funds allow, your gift also helps us bring more food and supplies to the table.

Wear orange with us!

The dress code is all black with a pop of color, and PIK's color is orange. Need an orange tie and pocket square? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2RY271R

We are still looking for volunteers, including a videographer or photographer, to serve alongside us. Sign up to serve with the PIK team (arrive 9:30 AM for setup, then we serve): https://dash.pointapp.org/events/828437
