About Operation Serve Strong

Operation Serve Strong is a nonprofit fitness, nutrition, and mentorship program dedicated to supporting prospective recruits, active-duty service members, and veterans. Our mission is to ensure no one misses their chance to serve or thrive.

Whether it’s helping a new or prospective recruit prepare for boot camp, walking alongside a service member to sustain performance while serving, or supporting veterans as they re-acclimate to civilian life, we believe in providing the tools, community, and coaching they need to stay strong in every season.

Why We Do This

At Operation Serve Strong, we see this as our opportunity to serve those who serve. Our team has worked directly with recruits, service members, and veterans, witnessing the physical, mental, and logistical challenges of military life.

We’ve seen eager recruits fall short of enlistment standards by just a few steps, and veterans struggle to rebuild their health after years of service. That’s why Operation Serve Strong exists - to bridge the gap with expert-led training, nutrition, mentorship, and community.

For Prospective Recruits & Service Members:

Personalized Training – 6–12 week fitness plans tailored to individual goals.
Live Virtual Coaching – Two interactive sessions each week led by expert coaches.
Nutrition Guidance – Custom weekly meal and fitness plans for optimal performance.
Mindset & Readiness Coaching – Tools to prepare for boot camp and build resilience.
Mentorship & Support – A coach-led, community-driven structure from start to finish.

Train from anywhere - 100% virtual, accessible without a gym membership, and designed with bodyweight movements, minimal gear, or household items.

Readiness Reward of up to $250 for newly enlisted recruits who complete the program and ship off to bootcamp

How We Serve Veterans

Transitioning out of the military is not just a lifestyle change - it can be an identity crisis. Veterans often face the loss of community, sudden shifts in routine, and the painful question of “what now?” The weight of that transition can lead to deep loneliness, mental health struggles, and the devastating grip of PTSD.

We don’t want our veterans to become a statistic.

That’s why Operation Serve Strong places a heavy emphasis on creating a home for veterans - a place to reconnect with purpose, feel seen, and use everything they’ve walked through to strengthen the next generation.

A Home & Community – A place where veterans belong and can continue to pour into a mission they believe in.
Purpose & Next Steps – Opportunities to rediscover identity, restore routine, and find renewed purpose.
Certification Pathways – Helping veterans become certified trainers and coaches so they can guide the next generation of recruits and service members.
Mentorship Opportunities – Creating pathways for veterans to mentor the next generation, whether by:
- Becoming certified and joining the Operation Serve Strong Foundation in preparing recruits.
- Actively helping current service members maintain readiness.
- Speaking life, encouragement, and guidance into those following in their footsteps.
Professional Counseling Access – Partnering with mental health professionals so veterans have real support for the emotional and psychological challenges of transition.

How Sponsorships Help

Many of our participants face financial barriers or lack access to the coaching and support they need. Your sponsorship makes it possible for us to remove those barriers and provide:

Full and Partial Scholarships – Ensuring no one misses the chance to prepare, serve, or thrive because of financial limitations.
Customized 1-on-1 Coaching – Tailored fitness, nutrition, and mindset support to meet individual goals.
Readiness Rewards – Incentives for recruits who complete the program and ship to bootcamp.
Veteran Certifications – Helping veterans become certified trainers and mentors, fueling the next generation.
Ongoing Resources – Giving service members, veterans, and recruits tools for long-term strength, wellness, and purpose.

Program Value Overview

Each participant receives a comprehensive coaching package valued at approximately $175 per week, which includes:

Two virtual fitness sessions ($50/session)
Weekly nutrition coaching ($50/week)
Personalized workouts to complete between sessions ($25/week)
Mindset prep & mentorship support (included)

This holistic approach ensures participants are supported not only in their physical readiness but also in their nutrition, mindset, and long-term resilience.

Donor Impact

Your support fuels real transformation. Every donation - whether one-time, monthly, or through a sponsorship - helps us provide scholarships, resources, and coaching for those who need it most.

$50 covers a fitness session.
$100 provides nutrition and mindset coaching.
$150 helps provide a mental health counseling session for a veteran, giving needed emotional and psychological support.
$250 either sponsors a “Readiness Reward” for a recruit who completes the program and ships to bootcamp or helps a veteran get certified to continue serving as part of Operation Serve Strong.
Larger gifts fund full scholarships for veterans and recruits who otherwise could not afford support.

About Our Founders

Operation Serve Strong Foundation was founded by Natalie and Warren Wilkins, partners in life, business, and service. After years of working alongside military organizations, they witnessed the unique challenges faced by recruits, active-duty members, and veterans. Their heart for service led them to create a foundation that offers strength, support, and purpose at every stage of the journey.
