Thanks to incredible supporters, Shabbat Lounge is a warm and welcoming home for Jewish filmmakers and allies during the Sundance Film Festival. The Lounge promotes Jewish community, creativity, and connection through meaningful programming during the Sundance Film Festival.

Rising Challenges Demand Action:

Amid increasing anti-Israel sentiment globally, the arts, including film festivals like Sundance, are being directly impacted. Jewish and pro-Israel voices face significant challenges. Recent festivals have rejected pro-Israel films and witnessed anti-Israel protests and propaganda. This year, Sundance has yet to include feature-length films with Jewish stories or movies that portray Israel positively.

Be Part of the Solution:

The Shabbat Lounge is also the only venue during Sundance supporting Israeli filmmakers and positive films for the Jewish community and Israel. Let’s make this year another unforgettable celebration!
