Thank you to all the families who pre-ordered shirts and hoodies at the end of the school year. Prices for shirts and hoodies are below: 

Kids hoodie - $30

Adult hoodie - $35

Adult long-sleeve -$25 

If you ordered more than one item, please enter an amount below to account for the number of items ordered. Note the name of your child and their room number for tracking purposes in the checkout form.

All kids will receive a SFPM long-sleeve shirt! 

You can pick up shirts and hoodies at PTA Fridays or at our back to school event.
