The Founders Project | Susie's House of Healing

In memory of Susan, we are launching a fundraiser campaign to develop a project called "Susie's House of Healing" to promote mental health in the workplace for people of color. Susan was a beloved friend, family member, and colleague who was an advocate for public health, mental health and diversity, equity and inclusion. We want to honor her memory by making a difference in the lives of others.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to support mental health initiatives that specifically address the needs of people of color in the workplace. We want to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and provide resources and support to those who need it most.

Research shows that people of color are more likely to experience discrimination, bias, and microaggressions in the workplace, which can have a significant impact on their mental health. By supporting this campaign, you can help promote a more inclusive and supportive workplace environment for people of color.

We know that mental health is an important issue that affects many people, and we believe that everyone deserves access to resources and support to help them cope with mental health challenges.
