Because of the recent disruptions to federal support programs, including potential delays to SNAP benefits and growing limitations in healthcare access, many families of children with disabilities are facing urgent food insecurity. These are families who were already navigating complex medical needs, financial strain, and caregiving responsibilities — and now, they are being asked to carry even more.

In response, From We Can’t to We Can is stepping in to provide ShopRite gift cards so families can purchase essential groceries. We have already received 24 applications, and our hope is to provide $150 in food support for each household. As requests continue to come in, your generosity can help us ensure that no child goes without the nourishment they need.
