19 vocal artists take the stage backed by a six-piece band, performing originals and re-imagined covers across jazz, rock, R&B, and pop. The arc is familiar—like The Voice from first audition to final bow—but without the competition. This night is about connection, risk, and pure expression. Featuring guest artists Nomi and Kimari Lavender. Presented by Celia’s Voice Studio, Singers Café cultivates emerging artists and gives them a serious stage to grow.

With our show we aim to raise funds for Luce Immigration Justice Network. This event uses music as solidarity—amplifying Luce’s work to protect and advocate for immigrant communities.

Luce works across Massachusetts, and in the Pioneer Valley, collaborates with Pioneer Valley Workers Center and Neighbour to Neighbour. LUCE partners will be able to provide free, customized, and multilingual in person and virtual trainings across Massachusetts. Our current offerings include Know Your Rights, ICE Watch, and Hotline Operations. We hope to expand to provide multilingual bystander intervention and self-defense trainings

We are moving communities, building networks and hubs through grassroots organizing, and equipping our impacted members and allies to navigate this emerging crisis head on. As we grow, we will need support to launch peer-to-peer texting, create digital organizing resources, and hire a communications specialist.

As this immigration crisis continues, we need more hands on deck to support this statewide network and help lead other states across New England and the country create similar models. We are anticipating more staff will be needed to operate the hotline, manage volunteers, and coordinate hubs across the Commonwealth.
