In the midst of the holiday season’s hustle and bustle, it’s easy to forget to pause and care for yourself. Join us for Common Ground Grief – Sip and Flow Yoga, a gentle class that blends mindfulness, breathwork, and grief-informed yoga practices.

This class offers a space to:

Release tension and cultivate calm through guided movement and breathwork
Honor your emotions in a supportive environment
Recharge and create a moment of peace amidst the holiday rush

Taking even a short time for yourself can help reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, and restore a sense of balance and calm. Come as you are, no prior yoga experience required.

About Common Ground Grief: Common Ground is a collective of volunteers and facilitators who are committed to ensure that no child, adult, or family grieves alone. Peer support groups reduce feelings of loneliness, improve mental health outcomes, and foster resilience by promoting connection and shared coping strategies. The majority of our volunteers participated in a grief support group. They experienced the power of a common ground where they offered and received mutual understanding, healing, and hope. They have come back to be trained, and now commit their time and resources to facilitate support that benefits, individuals, families, and communities as a whole.
