Did you know? Tooth decay is one of the most common chronic childhood conditions—but it’s completely preventable! At Siskiyou Community Health Center, we’re all about keeping little smiles healthy and bright!

In one school year, we conduct over 2500 dental screenings and provide little- or no-cost dental care to children across Josephine County.

Grow Well Early Childhood Support Program

For the past 30 years, Siskiyou Community Health Center has helped parents keep their babies and toddlers healthy and safe. Babies don’t come with instructions. That’s why we’re here with helpful information and support to help parents be the best they can be.

Each year conduct over 2,000 home visits for over 200 families, providing resources, new books, and opportunities to establish primary care for each child. As a result, over 97% of our enrolled families now have a primary care provider.
