Sister’s With A Dream was born from a truth we could no longer ignore: too many young girls begin doubting themselves before they ever have the opportunity to discover who they can become. We exist to change that story.

We serve girls ages 12–18 throughout East Texas. We do not believe girls need to be “fixed.” They need to be seen, supported, challenged, and surrounded by positive role models who will speak life into their dreams. Through mentorship, leadership development, education, mental health support, and meaningful community engagement, we help girls build confidence, strengthen their voices, and develop the tools to succeed academically, emotionally, and personally.

This work is bigger than a program. It is about changing what a girl believes is possible for her life. When she understands that her voice matters and her dreams are worth pursuing, she does more than move forward—she begins building a legacy.

At Sister’s With A Dream, every girl matters. Every dream has purpose. Every life can leave a legacy.
