2025 CIT Program Fund

The SJYC Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed for teen ages 15-17 who are eager to develop valuable skills in teamwork, responsibility, and mentorship. This hands-on program provides training in leadership, communication, and much more, while giving participants the opportunity to assist camp staff and serve as role models for younger campers. Through guided experience, CITs gain confidence, build lifelong friendships, and prepare for future leadership roles both at camp and beyond.
