Hello and Namaste!
My name is Hyngju (Zuzu) Gautam, and I’m a Behavior Therapist based in Austin, TX. I was born and raised in Nepal until I was 13 years old and have always known I wanted to work with children. Five years ago, I began my journey as a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) and discovered my true purpose: supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families.
As I’ve grown in this field, I’ve learned about the heartbreaking lack of autism awareness and resources in Nepal, where many families have little to no access to support or trained professionals. That’s why I’ve joined SkillCorps, a program through the Global Autism Project, to collaborate with local autism centers in under-resourced communities and help build sustainable, culturally responsive services.
In July 2026, I’ll travel on a two weeks mission to work alongside professionals abroad, bridging global understanding, inclusion, and education for autistic individuals and their families.
Together, we have the chance to make a lasting difference. I invite you to be part of this mission by helping me reach my $9,500 fundraising goal. This is not personal fundraising, every dollar goes directly to the Global Autism Project’s mission, supporting training, materials, and long-term resources for local autism organizations.
All donations are tax-deductible through the Global Autism Project [501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN: 65-1228586].
Your support, whether through donating, sharing, or simply spreading awareness, means the world to me. When we come together, we remind the world that inclusion, compassion, and understanding truly know no borders.
Thank you for standing with me and being part of this change. 🙏
