The Auburn Tool Library Needs Your Help to Find a New Home!
After serving our community with thousands of shared tools, the South King Tool Library’s Auburn location has been given an unexpected eviction notice. Our last day in our current space is October 28th—and we know we will reopen to serve our community, but unless we act NOW that might take a lot longer than your projects will wait.
It matters, because we are MORE!
We are your neighbors, and our shelves are full of more than just tools—they hold neighbors’ dreams, skills, and the power to build and repair together. Every donation helps us secure a new, accessible location in Auburn so we can continue lending tools, offering workshops, swaps, repair events, and uplifting everyone from DIY newcomers to seasoned builders.
We’re facing moving costs, storage fees, and urgent expenses for deposits and buildout. Your gift today could keep thousands of tools in community hands and ensure Auburn remains a place where everyone has access to what they need to thrive.
