Starting with Strategic Prevention Partnerships in June 2024, the first initiative and program I started to help out with on my own was Laundry Love. This program is truly an interesting take on assisting those in need. When it comes to providing assistance, no one thinks about the little essentials, like laundry. Being able to provide up to 3-free loads of laundry twice a month can make a major difference in someone's financial situation and life. Each time we hold Laundry Love, it is not just a night where we hand out money to help pay for laundry, it becomes an opportunity to connect with our communities and build a relationship with those we serve. I am encouraging everyone to donate whatever they can, or share this fundraiser to help gain more traction. Each laundry night can cost up to $500 and sometimes more as we are growing more and more each night we host one.
