The Sleeping Dog Project installs durable cement bowls across Arizona’s parks and trails. Each has a sleeping dog sculpture at its base and a large, drainable bowl on top. They’re safe, functional, and joyful public art — giving dogs fresh water and communities a new landmark to love.
