This initiative is powered primarily by the influence, momentum, and visibility of Josiah Avery, a rising youth creator and speaker who is expanding his platform through YouTube Shorts interviews, participation in the Atlanta Podcast Summit, Memphis PodBox Festival, 901 Kidfest, and ongoing appearances across community-led events. During this campaign, among other things, we will be introducing JOSIAH'S P.I.T. S.T.O.P.™ (positive, impactful, transformation so they overcome pitfalls) PROCESS in the lives of youth! The strategy culminates in measurable outcomes tied to four major goals:

Goal 1: Place up to 10,000 “Dream Big” Toolboxes in the hands of students ages 8–12.

Goal 2: Pursue elevated collaborations with other notable kidpreneurs to raise awareness (e.g. Caden Harris — Award Winning, CEO, Film Maker, Author & Money Teacher Seen on Forbes | Good Morning America | Black Enterprise | NBC | ABC | CBS | FOX, Ethan Sanborn — young entrepreneur and 2024 Shark Tank winner, and more).
