At Sober Events, one of the most meaningful ways we connect with our community is through the home-cooked meals we provide every week. For many of our guests, these meals are not just nourishment; they are a symbol of care, belonging, and support—often the only home-cooked meal they receive all week.

Imagine arriving at an event after a tough week, greeted by the comforting smell of a warm meal made with love. For someone in recovery, this can make all the difference in feeling welcomed and valued. Every week, we serve anywhere from 30 to 60 people, providing not just food but also the reassurance that they are not alone on their journey.

To ensure we can continue offering these meals without interruption, we are raising $1,000 to create a buffer for our food costs. This buffer will help us manage fluctuations in attendance and food prices, ensuring that no one goes without a meal when they need it most.
