COMING SOON WITH YOUR HELP: SOUL’D HQ

A Free Home for Nashville Creatives

A Campaign by Soul’d Creative Collective

THE NEED:

Nashville is full of world-class creative talent, but there are very few places where artists and neighbors can simply show up, work, learn, and connect without having to buy something to be there.

Free, welcoming creative space is hard to find—and it’s often hardest to access for emerging artists and underserved communities.

WHO WE ARE:

Soul’d Creative Collective is a Nashville non-profit focused on driving arts and culture from the ground up. Over the past four years, we have brought people together to build real community:

1,000+ Community members served
40+ Community events hosted
100% Commitment to paying local artists for their craft

THE SPACE:

Soul’d HQ will serve as our first permanent headquarters and community lounge—a flexible, multi-use space built for Nashville’s creative ecosystem:

Free Daytime Community Lounge: Open-concept space with comfortable seating, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and workstations for local creatives to build, network, and relax.
Free Creative Classes: Workshops in visual art, photography, mixed media, media literacy, and digital skills, all taught by paid local artists.
Rotating Art Gallery: A dedicated exhibit space highlighting work from local, emerging visual talent.
Community Programming: A flexible venue for nighttime community events, performances, and workshops.

OUR FUNDRAISER MAP:

We are raising $100,000 in Phase 1 to secure our location and open the doors to Nashville's creatives. Every dollar given directly unlocks key buildout milestones:

$25,000: Lease & Security Deposit: Locks down our warehouse space and covers initial commercial move-in capital.
$50,000: Permits, Safety & Code: Funds required fire, safety, occupancy permits, commercial insurance, and basic electrical/restroom upgrades.
$75,000: Furnishings & Tech: Equips the daytime lounge with comfortable seating, workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, and basic sound setup.
$100,000: Operational Runway: Secures our first 3 to 6 months of rent and utilities so HQ opens on stable ground.

WHAT COMES NEXT?

Hitting $100K opens the physical doors. Beyond this public goal, our broader vision includes securing matching corporate sponsorships and arts grants to expand our gallery installations, gear inventory, and instructor stipends for free community classes.
