The Sound of Opportunity: It takes a Village
There is a saying "it takes a village to raise a child"- to me, that means:
Imagine a time when we were young children and we had that deep fire and ambition in our gut to be chosen for the basketball team, the cheerleading squad, get the opportunity to buy that book at the scholastic book fair, or to be recognized for our talents in school.
I am sure we all know that feeling well π₯Ί, it has happened to all of us at some point.
Even now, we sometimes wish that economic barriers were not a burden to experience the beauty and opportunities that life provides. As we know, even as adults we must figure out the way to make those wishes come to life and it takes actionable steps. But, our kids cannot do that because they are learning and growing.
As you make a tax-deductible donation to Internal Creations you are sponsoring our children to have opportunities to participate in guitar ensembles and mentorship in their schools, community centers and even private lessons with our "Grow with a Pro" initiative. Oftentimes music immersion is the ONLY consistency they experience in this ever changing world.
Many of our kids in the guitar programs across NYS have shown incredible dedication to the guitar and wanting to pursue music education through high school and college and grow with a pro will provide private lessons with highly qualified guitarists in the industry can be costly and out of reach for many families.
We can help our kids grow with a pro to enrich their musicianship and personal development and prepare them for high school, college auditions and have a stronger presence in New York States NYSSMA competitions. You will see exactly who you are sponsoring and be a part of the village that will help them grow into amazing human beings beyond music.
Let us be the reason kids have opportunities to thrive and grow into young professionals by getting them in the environments for success and achievement together!
