While the world watches the big game, we’re tackling hunger right here at home.

The L1 Foundation is proud to partner with Bastian Elementary and Whidby Elementary to participate in the HISD Souper Bowl of Caring Campaign — supporting families in our community who face food insecurity, especially during school breaks.

For many children, school meals are their most consistent source of nutrition. When school is out, the gap grows. That’s where we step in.

We are collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations to help stock local HISD Souper Pantries and ensure families have access to essential meals.

• Canned fruits, vegetables, tuna, and soups

• Rice, pasta, cereal, and oats

• Cooking essentials like oil and broth

• Juice, milk, water, crackers, and more

Every dollar given stays local. Every can donated makes a difference. Every act of generosity helps us be a game changer for families in need.
