More Than Care: It's Community.
For over 50 years, South Richmond Adult Services has been a vital haven for older adults and adults with disabilities. We believe aging should be met with joy, not isolation.
Our mission is to enhance health and quality of life—emotionally, mentally, and physically. We provide a vibrant, therapeutic environment where participants find friendship, engaging activities, and daily wellness support.
But the impact doesn't stop there. We are also a lifeline for caregivers, offering them peace of mind and a trusted partner in care.
One family member shared: "This isn't just a program; it's a lifeline. My mother comes home happy and engaged. I get my peace of mind back."
Your support changes two lives at once:
-
It gives a senior like Mr. Yeatts a veteran a place to rediscover his joy and purpose, inspiring us all with the resilience and potential of our elders.
-
It gives his family the respite they need to be better caregivers, providing her with the support and relief she deserves.

We are a small nonprofit, and our ability to provide this critical care depends on our community.
Your donation directly fuels this circle of care:
-
$50 provides art supplies for a month.
-
$100 ensures a week of nutritious meals.
-
$250 sponsors a full day of enriching care.
