South Tower Community Office

The South Tower Community Land Trust team has grown to the point where we need a place to hang our shingle. Also, we're doing enough organizing with you all, we'd like a space where we can call folks together for learning, organizing, providing mutual aid, and celebrating. 

Since we are a land trust, our board of director in approving our 2025 budget asked us to pursue buying a building rather than renting. For such a young organization, that is not easy feet. So we need your help. 

In our 2025 budget, we've already set aside $30k for a down payment. But we need to raise at least another $62k to have 20% for a down payment and we can get a loan for the rest. We believe we can get most of that through foundation grants. But our goal is to raise $7k for the community.
