Spay Virginia (SpayVA), a program of the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies, is dedicated to expanding access to affordable, high-quality spay/neuter services across the Commonwealth. By partnering with shelters, local governments, rescue organizations, and veterinarians, we help ensure that pet owners and caregivers can prevent unwanted litters before they begin.
