A single day at Central Oregon Wellness Ranch can do what months of weekly therapy cannot.

Our one-day integrative wellness retreats bring 8–12 veterans, first responders, and trauma survivors together for a veteran and trauma-informed day of healing — equine-facilitated mental health sessions, trauma-informed yoga, battlefield acupuncture, rhythmic drumming, a healthy meal, and care coordination. All led by licensed clinicians trained in military culture, trauma, and neurodivergence. All completely free for participants, made possible entirely through grants, fundraising, and donor support.

When you sponsor a retreat, you can dedicate your gift to the participant group that matters most to you: Veterans & First Responders, Trauma Survivors, Caregivers, Teens, or Neurodivergent adults.

Choose your level of impact:

$150 — Retreat Friend: Covers travel stipends and sensory supplies for one participant, removing the geographic and financial barriers that keep rural community members from accessing care.

$750 — Retreat Scholarship: Fully sponsors one participant's complete retreat day — every modality, every meal, every moment of connection — at no cost to them.

$10,000 — Full Retreat Sponsor: Funds an entire one-day retreat for up to 12 participants. Your name or your organization's name will be honored at the retreat and listed on our website as a Retreat Sponsor.
