Support the 4-H Dairy Bar at the Lancaster Fair!

Help us make the 4-H Dairy Bar a delicious success for Coös and Essex County 4-H! Individuals, clubs/ groups, and businesses are

invited to sponsor a tub of ice cream for just $45. Your support helps fund youth programming, fair participation, and community education.

Each sponsored tub will be labeled with the sponsor's name and featured on a sign at our 4-H Dairy Bar during fair week!

- We will use your name on the sponsorship sheets. If you want us to recognize your business name, please put a note in for us to do so.
You can print this form and mail in a sponsorship with payment.
