Help Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow give young people the education, coaching, technology, professional experience, and community they need to build what matters.

Talent is everywhere. Access is not.

Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping at-promise Black, Brown, immigrant-background, and historically underrepresented young people build businesses, professional experience, leadership skills, and meaningful relationships.

Our programs connect young people with the resources that turn potential into practice:

Entrepreneurship education
Startup coaching and mentorship
Business-development resources
Career-connected projects
Leadership development
Digital tools and workbooks
Completion grants and pitch awards
Access to experienced business leaders

Through EOT Labs, young people develop and test business ideas. Its flagship Youthpreneur Incubator serves up to 10 founders ages 16–24 during an intensive July–December experience.

Through EOT University, high-school participants through age 29 gain professional experience through remote, 6–12 month internships, volunteer projects, leadership development, career workshops, and mentoring.

The results demonstrate what becomes possible when young people receive sustained support. EOT has reported:

More than $214,000 in revenue generated by Youthpreneur businesses
More than 60 college acceptances
100% college matriculation among the applicable reported participant group
An average reported participant GPA of 3.8
More than 260 volunteers engaged historically

Your support helps us continue building an ecosystem where young people can move from an idea to an MVP, from a project to professional experience, and from potential to leadership.

This is more than a donation. It is an opportunity to help a young person build something that can change their future.
