🐾 Sponsor a Feral Cat Colony for 2026 🐾
Every day in Central Texas, feral cats rely on us for something incredibly simple — and incredibly life-saving: food, safety, and stability.
When you sponsor a feral cat colony for 2026, you become the reason a group of cats doesn’t go hungry, doesn’t reproduce endlessly, and doesn’t fall through the cracks.
These cats don’t have homes — but they do have us. And with your help, they’ll have you, too.
Your sponsorship directly supports:
-
🐱 Daily food for managed feral colonies
-
🏥 Veterinary care for illness or injury
-
✂️ Spay/neuter services to prevent suffering and overpopulation
-
💜 Ongoing monitoring, feeding, and protection by CTFR volunteers
This is not a one-time rescue. This is a long-term commitment — and it works.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the only humane and effective way to reduce feral cat populations. But TNR alone isn’t enough. These cats need continued care after surgery — and that’s where sponsorship makes all the difference.
Without consistent support:
-
Cats go hungry
-
Medical issues go untreated
-
Colonies spiral out of control
With sponsorship:
-
Cats stay healthy
-
Populations stabilize
-
Communities improve
-
Lives are protected
When you sponsor a colony, you’re not just donating — you’re standing guard for cats who cannot advocate for themselves.
You are saying: “You matter. You are not forgotten. We will keep showing up.”
Central Texas Feline Rescue is entirely volunteer-run. Every dollar you give goes directly to food, medical care, and lifesaving services for the cats who need it most.

Here are just 3 of the many feral cat colonies you'll be supporting with your sponsorship:
The Survivors of La Frontera. This was like a scene from a Stephen King movie when we showed up. Cats everywhere who were eating from dumpsters and having many kittens. Through much blood, sweat, and tears, the cat population is down to about 30 adult cats.
The Second Chance Colony at the Killion Auto Group, next to a Sonic. The owner was very thankful that we got the reproducing under control. We’ve saved so many here. It’s so hard to comprehend the suffering we stopped on so many occasions… immensely proud of our work here.
The Resilient Souls Colony in Cedar Park. The obstacles never end here, but neither will we until the day the cats are gone. The city has removed the feeding station twice, and other times, it's been smashed to bits. Not to mention issues with birds eating the cats’ food. It’s been a real struggle, but we’ll never give up and will always take care of the cats here.
The Peace Patch in our backyard. We need to expand our own feral cat enclosure to include a separate area for the bully cats, Moose, Stuey, Elivira, and Delilah. They won’t be isolated. We just need a place to separate them when they pick on others, especially poor Meathead. He’s 2X Moose’s size, but he is so tenderhearted, so he doesn't fight back. We NEED to do this in 2026.
Thank you! We'll send you updates on how your colony is doing. We'll also share regular updates, including photos and videos, on our social media channels and in our monthly newsletter.
