The upcoming Roots of Hope Harvest Dinner fundraiser on October 23, 2021, is being held by Ruffton’ Roots Community Garden and Blue Ridge Hope, and is in need of sponsorships! Are you a local business owner or leader? Or a generous citizen? This event needs your support!

Who will this event benefit? All proceeds raised will be split evenly to benefit Rutherfordton organizations, Ruffton’ Roots Community Garden and Blue Ridge Hope. Ruff'ton Roots is a community garden located at 128 Hospital Drive in Rutherfordton. The community garden aims to grow food for local food pantries while creating a sense of community among participants. Blue Ridge Hope is a non-profit organization, and aims to be a resource for the health and wholeness for the community. They offer mental health services and wellness services to ALL regardless of one's ability to pay or insurance status. Both of our organizations rely on the generosity of our community to do the good work we do!

What will your sponsorship help? This event will now be held virtually and streamed through Facebook, Youtube, and Givebutter EVERYONE to enjoy! Meal tickets are open to the public. Each dinner will consist of a three-course meal curated by a master chef and made with produce and ingredients from local farms. There will be an option to purchase individual meals, or family-style meals packaged with four servings or eight servings. Local artists and musicians will be performing during the event, as well as various entertainment for the whole family. Event viewers will have the opportunity to donate to both organizations.
