The Mentor Me Now Foundation welcomes partnerships with businesses, organizations, and individuals who are committed to empowering youth, strengthening families, supporting emotional wellness, and building stronger communities through mentorship, education, leadership development, and outreach initiatives. Sponsorship contributions directly support programs, events, workshops, scholarships, and community engagement efforts that create meaningful and lasting impact.

By submitting a sponsorship form or agreeing to sponsor an event, program, or initiative with the Mentor Me Now Foundation, sponsors acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sponsorship submissions do not guarantee acceptance or placement. All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by the Mentor Me Now Foundation.
Sponsorship levels, benefits, recognition opportunities, and promotional placements may vary depending on the selected sponsorship package and event availability.
Sponsorship payments and contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by the Mentor Me Now Foundation.
Sponsors agree to provide accurate business and contact information during the sponsorship process.
The Mentor Me Now Foundation reserves the right to decline sponsorships that do not align with the organization’s mission, values, or community standards.
Sponsors granting permission for logo use and promotional recognition authorize the Mentor Me Now Foundation to display approved business names, logos, and promotional materials on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, event signage, and marketing campaigns related to sponsored initiatives.
Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos, advertisements, promotional materials, and requested information by the specified deadlines to ensure inclusion in marketing and event materials.
Sponsorship opportunities, speaking opportunities, vendor placements, and promotional recognition are subject to availability and event requirements.
The Mentor Me Now Foundation reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits, event schedules, or promotional opportunities when necessary due to operational, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.
Sponsors agree that the Mentor Me Now Foundation, its leadership, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to sponsorship participation or event involvement.
By submitting a sponsorship form, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
