Angels Surviving Cancer, Inc. invites you to sponsor Pink Notes for a Purpose, celebrating our 15th Anniversary of service to women and families affected by breast cancer.

The event will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 PM at the T&L Event Center in Missouri City, Texas. Proceeds will benefit The Janice Workcuff C.A.R.E. Legacy Program, which helps women undergoing breast cancer treatment with food, transportation, utilities, and other essential needs.

We welcome monetary sponsorships, gift cards, silent-auction items, food donations, and event services. Based on the level of support, sponsors may receive:

Company name or logo on event materials
Recognition on ASC’s website and social media
Public acknowledgment during the event
Complimentary event tickets
A tax-deductible donation acknowledgment letter
