Subject: Sponsorship Opportunity: Supporting Pittsburgh Girls Through Turbo IGNITE Softball Mentorship: 501c (3) non profit organization (EIN: 33-2151978)

Dear Community Partner,

I am writing on behalf of Turbo IGNITE, a Pittsburgh-area softball mentorship program hosted through Turbo Training Facility. Turbo IGNITE—Inspiring Girls Into the Next Generation of Excellence—brings together high school and college softball players with younger girls to develop softball skills, confidence, leadership, and a lasting sense of belonging.

Our mission is simple: every girl should have the opportunity to train, grow, and be mentored—regardless of her family’s ability to pay. Through affordable clinics, skill instruction, mentorship, and access to training resources, we help young athletes build more than athletic ability. They learn teamwork, discipline, resilience, and confidence that carries into school, relationships, and their futures.

We are seeking community sponsors to help us expand access to Turbo IGNITE programming for more Pittsburgh-area girls. Your sponsorship can directly help provide:

Reduced-cost or no-cost clinic participation for athletes with financial need
Training-facility access, equipment, and softball supplies
Mentor-led skill development in hitting, fielding, throwing, and game awareness
Leadership and confidence-building opportunities for both mentors and younger athletes
A safe, encouraging environment where girls can pursue their goals on and off the field

A gift of any amount is very appreciated. For example, a gift of $500 would help us sponsor 20 athletes’ clinic or lesson registration. We would be proud to recognize your business through social-media acknowledgments, event signage, website recognition or another agreed benefit.

By partnering with Turbo IGNITE, you would be investing directly in local girls, young leaders, and the Pittsburgh community. Your support helps ensure that financial circumstances never keep a young athlete from receiving encouragement, instruction, and meaningful mentorship.

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss a sponsorship that meets your community-investment goals and budget. Thank you for considering a partnership with Turbo IGNITE and for supporting the next generation of confident, capable young women.

Sincerely,

Tracy Sherbo, President
