Sage Valley opened as a private national membership golf club in 2001. Five years later, Sage Valley opened their Gun Club. This sport and wing shooting complex is anchored by a 6,000 square foot log cabin lodge in the heart of 3,000 acres of rolling pine hills with lakes and streams.

Our mission is to proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and demonstrate His love by providing affordable, quality primary health care. Our physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatrics. We also offer a full range of dental and behavioral health services for children and adults.
