Grand Rising Healthcare Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to alternative medical care (modalities not traditionally covered by insurance). The business currently hosts "Grand Rising” quarterly free events offering unique modalities and local holistic providers. The goal is to build a comprehensive provider list of medical professionals offering sliding scale, community care, or free care through a sponsorship program to underprivileged populations. The business evolved from a successful free yoga, DJ, and coffee gathering in the park, driven by the founder's observation that the majority of friends and people met couldn't afford alternative care.

The foundation's mission is to build a network of providers willing to offer affordable or free alternative and complementary medical services, specifically targeting chronically ill and underprivileged individuals. They aim to connect with organizations already helping these populations to expand care, with the ultimate objective of bringing money from big corporations to the people to support this mission. They strive to be a modern and alternative care network that can refer individuals to the proper care they need, regardless of their ability to pay.

The vision is to establish the Grand Rising Healthcare Foundation as a literal "Health Insurance option" for people struggling with chronic illness, poverty, or both. The founder envisions a large network of 25+ providers covering everything from yoga to basic medication needs, supported by a yearly Gala for sponsors and quarterly park fundraiser events sponsored by the city.
